Founded in 2016, Fit To Achieve is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Nigeria and the UK who are affected by sickle cell disease. The charity was founded by June Okochi, who has lived with the disease all her life and understands the challenges that individuals and their families face. The mission is to empower people living with sickle cell disease and support them in achieving their goals.
